Isaacs hostel first to achieve Fáilte Ireland Service excellence award
Isaacs Hostel is the first approved hostel in Ireland to attend the Fáilte Ireland accredited service excellence programme and have already reported further growth in online reviews and customer feedback. Isaacs Hostel has always been heavily focused on customer care and delivering a great experience for its hostelling guests. This is reflected in consistently high online service ratings which the hostel receives.
James Clancy Manager of Isaacs Hostel commented “We were delighted to attend this Fáilte Ireland accredited programme which gave us a great opportunity to further fine tune aspects of our service and identify where we could go that extra mile in delivering great service”
All front line staff attended the programme and received certificates of completion. The Service Review ratings since the staff attending the course have increased by a further 14%
Isaacs is Dublin’s original Hostel based in an atmospheric 19th century wine store building and has 290 beds , sells 90,000 bednights and welcomes some 50,000 hostellers from all over the world each year. The quality of personal service and staff product knowledge is key in delivering exceptionally high occupancies throughout the year
