14- 16^th Dublin Dalkey Book Festival

For  the book lovers among our hostel guests the annual Dalkey Book festival features some top writers like Roddy Doyle, Ann Enright and Dawn O Porter . Its all happening  over 14- 16^th  June in the very charming  seaside town  of Dalkey in South County Dublin ( home to Bono and other celebrities ) . Only  a 25 minute Dart ride from the Hostel, It’s a lovely village to stroll around  with loads of great coffee shops and bars. You could work up an appetite with a  coastal walk,  or stroll up to the top of Killiney and Dalkey Head for amazing views of  Dublin  and Wicklow.
